Thanks everyone...some of you know me offline or Facebook...I had a near stroke in Oct BP was 214/108 and cholesterol was 208/12...luckily we got shit under control and I'm back new gym pics on my fb page at gym today...I'm also repping a different sponsor that went away several years and I'm back with them again...ek is retired...I'm working on bringing my vendor here and if approved we will have some giveaways...
