He was good friends with Mike Mentzer and they both swiched to the hit workouts after seeing the dramatic Arthur Jones results. A very impressive guy. RIP Casey!

Yep he was in a car accident. The 10 week size surge routine from Ironman Mag was loosely based on this, I think.
