Talking to their customer service is like talking to a brick wall. Absolutely fucking ridiculous.
One customer rep was raising his voice at me so I raised my voice. He refused to transfer me to his supervisor, would not give me his agent number or name, and when I said thats fine I am gonna record the conversation he hung up on me.
