Started my late night routine last night..

Having an infant has put a damper on my gym time the last 6 months. My wife works 1 hour away and dont get home until 7 or 8. She is a therapist.

Anyway to make the best of my time I started a late night workout. $ day standard split.

Mon -Chest / arms
Tue -Legs
Wed -Off
Thursday -Shoulders / Tris
Friday -Back

I went to the gym at 9pm last night.

It was a great workout. It was nice having them gym to myself. I am freaking tired today.

My worry was being jacked up after workout. I was ready to go to sleep. Hope this works out for me.

I dont mind it so much b/c wife and baby are in the bed.
 
Get a weight set and some benches for home. Workout while the baby naps or plays. Then you just need some gym time for legs.
 
I live in a small house with no room. We will be building soon> We are a young couple getting started. Things will get better. I have a 24 hour gym in my town finally so I really do not have an excuse.
