I love em both! I make my two little kids pancakes from rolled oats. Method: dump a couple cups in a blender and blend the dry oats to powder(you'll have to pick the whole thing up and kind of shake it on its side.) Takes like 30 seconds. Next add a half cup self-rising flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder- blend those dry ingredients for about 20 seconds. Now toss in 4 medium eggs. 2 bananas and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Add just enough milk to make it blendable- starting with 1/2- full cup. --------------------------------------- Lightly oil the pan heated on medium high. Pour out silver dollar sized cakes for best outcome- they cook fast and even this way. -------------------------------------- note: for the naturals/kids this cholesterol is good. Not much anyhow. But good. Lots of good fats and good fiber. My kids love this as do I. Additional sweetner on top can be very minimal without them complaining(we like RAW honey )- thanks to the bananas

Remember if you get the honey in the grocery store its probably been so processed it by law is not even supposed to be labeled "honey."------------------------------ ps. This is fast and makes little mess as the only thing you're dirtying up is the blender, pan your cooking in and what ever plates ans silverware you use!
