Just seen the wrestler a couple days ago. Best fuckin movie i've seen in a of couple years. Motivated me to get back into the gym again.

I just seen it too...for the 50th time haha. :p Killa flick! :igok:

Mickey looks good as the bad guy in Ironman II as well.

I read an article about it and Mickey admitted to using HGH. That makes him and Stalone. Some of these guys in there 50s look a hell of a lot better than these 20 year olds at the gym.

did anyone else feel bad for Mickey's character? .. To me thats a sign of a great actor.. I really felt for the guy..
maybe cause I have daughters of my own

I can't say that I did in all honesty. He played the role quite well; however, everything that happened to him, he did to himself. From his coronary to his relationship, or lack thereof, with his daughter. I feel it's another great example of a person not capable of taking any responsiblilty for his own life. So in retrospect, I guess I really didn't enjoy the movie as much as the rest of you. Am I ever the black sheep of this bunch.

That's what got me about the movie. I totally felt for him. Ive felt lifes up and downs to go from selling out Madison garden to being an unrespected schmuck working at a supermarket, that made me feel bad for him.

I didn't feel bad for him, he seemed to be doing what he wanted.
He looked like he had taken hgH.
I didn't know it was linked to heart disease, is it?
Even so, I'm sure all the other things have an effect as well.
Unfortunately, too many people get chewed up in the grinder of promoters and businessmen. Especially in that field.
I'm sure he saw himself as somewhat of an artist.
A dying one at that, but aren't we all?
How many of us dream of the comeback?
I know I did and lived it.

with wrestlers its more the recs that are making them drop dead. recs and juice go hand and hand with wrestlers. You see how he was doing lines with that girl before he went to their fireman party. Juice done with a healthy person taht takes care of themselves is fine
