These new breed of PT's needs to stop

I dont know if I could live a day without reflective surfaces everywhere i went..but yeah the dude on the medicine ball looks intense. Just imagine him or his douchebag friend trying to give you advice on squatting lol. I wonder what it looks like when they bench
 
alot of hockey players at my gym do alot of that similar training, says its good for balance and strengthing there core...and theres a few that have been drafted to the NHL, but for bodybuilding its obviously useless
 
:umbass: Now i can see doing plyos on a bosu to help with stability, but to do weighted squats on a swiss ball? wtf! one wrong move and you prob wrench your back if you fell, or worse...

im a PT, and i would never recommend this to anyone! thats just nuts

wreck your back, break and ankle slipping off, break your face, etc etc
 
Yeah that is pretty crazy, maybe next they will have people doing calf raises on the chin up bar for stability as well. Talk about being a pigeon on a wire haha.
