Ughh I'm slaking lately...

I am on vacation til the new year to clear my head and get away. I can't fukin wait to get back and kill the gym. I've lost a lot of weight since september when I started a full sleeve. That kept me out of the gym for the 6 weeks it took to complete, but since I got out of the groove I have struggled to get in like I was before. A lot of half assing and not eating enough has taken me from 212 (was bulking on 10iu of gh a day, 8iu slin, 100mg drol, 1000mg test e, and 600mg of deca) to 196 (only on 250/wk cruise for past few months). I know its not all muscle by any means but damn is that depressing. I really think this vacay is just what I needed to get my mental focus back. Im ready to get my little self back in the 2's.
 
We all need a break from time to time. just not so long we start finding excuses to stay home instead of hitting the weights.
 
I haven't touched weights in 7 months. I can't wait to return. You'll pick it up soon enough!
 
Breaks (7-10 days) are great in between routines and or every several months and most are in dire need of them. . . .

Many things occur that take us away for much longer and as you have noticed "we shrink"! Building muscle is much like money. It comes dearly and goes quickly. Thing to remember, is that the iron never goes away and will ALWAYS be waiting for your return. Start back smart and you will see what a wonderful thing "muscle memory" is.
