Looks like I finally found my long lost friend John Benz. Only took 2 years LOL. Anyway, I see a lot of names I know on here as well. I'll stick around, lighten the place up a little bit. Teach John Benz how to get his bench over 95 lbs.

Big-H has been a friend for several years now, and was one of the best moderators Bodybuilding.com has ever seen. A very strong power-lifter and a helluva guy. Good to have you here H. :)
 
Awww. I was wondering where you ran off to. I lost your number cause my phone broke, and I haven't seen you since :(. Glad to finally find you though-- yeah bodybuilding.com.. don't really go there anymore LOL. Still into lifting though. Good to be here ;). what's it been benz.. 4 years we've known eachother?
