No deductible? Never heard of such a thing.
Right now I have Aetna, but I haven't been with them for too long to give them a real review. I did have United Health Care in the past, and I think they were the best I used.
Cigna blows goats. They tried to refuse me care I needed without telling me why. Well I did some research and contacted the Virginia state insurance board about them. Once they got into the matter all of a sudden Cigna said that "My surgury was denied due to a "clerical" error (funny how they had that error 2-3 times) and that I was approved.
STAY AWAY from Kaiser Permanente. They suck ass, but don't take my word for it, ask a friend of mine from High School. She is now a millionaire. Kaiser almost killed her because they would not give her an MRI for her repeated migraines over a long period of time. Well come to find out that she had a brain tumor that covered over a third of her brain, that could of been fixed a long time ago if Kaiser had done their job. Her life was destroyed. I watched her go through all of these problems before we new what her condition was. She will never be the same again, her brain is permanently fucked up. She showed me an article about it in Time Magazine many years ago about the lawsuit. This was no BS lawsuit. It was pure negligence on their part.

Here is an article from the Washington Post about it.
Costs vs. Care
Some ethicists worry that doctors will fail the moral stress test by acquiescing to overzealous cost control efforts and withholding needed care.
That's what 17-year-old Paige N. Lancaster of Stafford, Va., and her mother, Barbara L. Lancaster, allege took place at the Kaiser Permanente HMO clinic in Woodbridge over a period of almost five years while Paige Lancaster complained of severe recurring headaches, nausea and a bloodshot eye.
Beginning in September 1991, doctors at the clinic saw Lancaster at least 10 times, according to records of a lawsuit the Lancasters filed. The doctors treated her with adult-strength painkillers and other medication. But doctors Corder C. Campbell and Lisa Pauls did not refer Lancaster to a neurologist and did not obtain such diagnostic tests as an MRI or EEG until May 1996, after a worried psychologist at Lancaster's high school wrote a letter urging that tests be performed, according to court filings.
Tests then revealed a tumor and cystic mass occupying 40 percent of Lancaster's brain cavity, according to court records. Lancaster has undergone two brain operations and is likely to require periodic follow-up surgery as a result of the delay in diagnosing her, said Michael J. Miller, an attorney for the Lancasters.
Kaiser would not discuss details of the case, and the two physicians would not comment. "We believe the medical care provided to Miss Lancaster was appropriate," Kaiser spokesman Wayne Rosenkrans said. "We strongly dispute plaintiffs' claims . . . that the care provided was driven by economic considerations," he added.
Paige Lancaster, who is in the 11th grade, and her mother, Barbara Lancaster, who drives a school bus and helps teach special-needs students, said their trust in doctors has been shattered. "In this environment, medical ethics is a contradiction in terms," Barbara Lancaster said.
Not to mention, that they could of killed me recently as well. I had had a LOT of problems with Cigna as previously mentioned, so I went to the other provider that my old company used, Kaiser Permanente. Well I complained of pains near my appendix, and had a lot of symptoms that looked like Appendicitis. They took an Cat Scan and said that "my appendix looked fine" but that I had an infection (they noticed this due to my blood work) and told me to go to the hospital and get some antibiotics. I was pissed that they didn't just prescribe them to me themselves at first, but I am glad they did. When I went to the local hospital, they looked at my Cat Scan and said that "I don't know how your other doctor missed this, but you have bad appendisitis, and you need surgery now!"
If Kaiser hadn't sent me to another doctor, it might of burst. That can kill you.
