A lot of you fellas have been around the block and then some I would like to hear what you have to say. Obviously I am sure we have all learned more then one but I am starting to reach the age where I have been reflecting on the past and trying to make the right choices going forward. Certain things I want out of life going forward. Starting a family for one.

Communication....right or wrong you have to communicate your feelings. Obviously you have to pick and choose, like say at work if you stand the chance of losing your job, keep your mouth shut. With your friends and family and girlfriend or wife, you must communicate.

Pay your bills, and if you don't have the money DONT make more!!!

1. Time is the most valuable commodity. People will try to use yours and conserve theirs. The older I get the more I weigh how I spend my time.

2. Probably a majority of people have some sort of baggage that affects their daily lives. You can choose you friends but when you have to deal with the truly affected in a professional setting you have to be somewhat of a psychologist.

3. For too many people ethics and morality are on a sliding scale and the more rationalization that someone does to justify a choice or choices the more insane they become.

4. Family is the most important thing in life and provides more happiness than any material thing. It is the root of society and when a society has a majority of healthy families the society is healthy. For a man, if you truly want a good woman with all the right values find one that spends every Sunday with her family. Women occupy their minds with relationships. they are the artisans of the strong family.

5. In the end all substance abuse has a cost.

6. Introspection is healthy and key to solving many problems in life.

7. Emotions are tools that nature has developed to help you survive. Understand them and master them.

To maximize happiness and decrease stress eliminate those in your life that use your time without acceptable benefit. Reduce interaction with people that carry a lot of baggage or have elastic ethics and morals. Choose friends and mates that come from strong families with value similar to your. Limit substance use. Set reasonable limits on yourself and monitor through introspection.

The soap is not as slick of a lubricant as it looks.

Seriously though I can't post mine on the Internet right now.

The one thing that I Have tried for as number one is to treat every one with respect. You can still crush their skull but do it with respect and honesty.

That no matter how bad things seem. How hopeless a situation feels, how lonely, how happy, how mad, how rich, how poor. Just give it time. It will pass!!!! Glycomann listed the importance of family, family values and a good woman... He is telling you the truth. When we are old, our bodies are shout, but our minds are strong. We think back of when we were younger, always!!! Make sure your memories bring your smiles... People will play you. Don't be there puppet! And there matter what science tells you, what is fact or fiction. There is a God. Thank him when things are bad just as much as you thank him when there good ;-)

To believe in something anything to get you through rough times.

That I was going to die and split the gates of hell wide open.
Time is either invested or spent.
When your kids are grown up and moved out you can't go back and work less so you can have greater influence in their lives.
Stay away from credit; pay cash when possible. If not possible then wait.
Your past can either hold you prisoner or propel you forward.
Trust once lost is almost impossible to regain.
A dogs love is unconditional; cats suck!
Women make me horny.
