It's a put-on! Milo was a Greek who carried a calf every day, developing stregnth and power every day by "lifting the bull!" What if I started with low curls and slowly increasing like Milo? Would I work up to 200 for the limit like back in the day? Try it and find out! You neophytes of space and time! Do not be limited by rope spreads or pilotes with a rubber ball! Excell...

Those 200lb curls you said you did were actually underhand grip cleans, and you know it. :p

One time and one time only, I "cheat"-curled 200 lbs for 6 reps with an EZ Curl Bar on my 6th set. Three weeks before that 1 got 185x6 with an Olympic bar, and 3 weeks before got 165x6 with an Olympic bar as well. This was part of a program where I did 6x6 with 135, 3 times per week for 9 weeks. Every third week I tried for a person best attempt for 6 reps. I weighed 182 and was training in York, Pa under Jules Bacon, Mr. America 1943. After doing the curls I went back to the squat rack and resumed my 6x6 set with 425. Today I lifted over 2000 lbs of steel. My body aches from head to toe.I like DPH's suggestion to start easy, but so much for that. BTW, this body is drug-free except for HRT test and a water pill for blood pressure. All good...

I used to do cheat curls with 225 at 185lbs. I think that I worked every muscle in my body except biceps.

So funny you wrote that because I agree 100%. In fact, I stopped cheat curls after one day struggling with 125x5 on the preacher bench. I got a case of reality figuring my biceps were weak as hell and cheat curls only made my traps big. They were big enough. Keeping it real. Decent numbers Lifts!

I'm gonna try this same concept but with a midget and feed him Whole Food from the 5% supp line.
