Who would you guys say are your favorite Bodybuilder physiques ever? Here are top 5....

1. Frank Zane
2. Arnold Schwarzenegger
3. Shawn Ray
4. Flex Wheeler
5. Mike Mentzer

....all of mind are old school guys.

1) Arnold far and above the rest IMO.

The rest in no order would be Sergio, Robby, Yates , Ronnie.

Arnold, of course...

Flex and Dexter looked phenomenal. A bodybuilder as a whole, really like Shaun Rhoden. Just so humble and yeah, he looks great too...

Since you mentioned it, Dexter ALWAYS looks good. I don?t know that I?ve ever seen the guy not in shape. Still love Lee Priest too.

1. Dorian Yates just for the granite effect.
2. Arnold for the beak through freakiness with matched persona
3. Bob Paris for perfect shape and symmetry with size
4. Mike Mentzer for bringing us HIT and then writing like a true meth head.
5. Markus Ruhl for teaching us.. holy shit Germans!
6. Ronnie Coleman for transitioning into another species
7. Franco Colombu because I needed an Italian

Couldn't say it better...

You know, I think people are forgetting the Ronnie Coleman when he first won the O and few more afterwards how great he looked. His physique started to get carried away when he was continuing to pack on slabs...

Dorian because he was a machine and took his physique above and beyond those with greater genetics through his own determination and hard work.

Dusty Hanshaw for the same reasons as Dorian, though of course, he will never be a Mr. Olympian.

Neither had/have the best genetics, but psuhed themselves into much higher places than what would have been thought. That said, Dorian may n ot have had the best insertions, but his back, legs, and conditioning were at the top.


After these 2, Arnold of course, but also Haney was the guy at the top when I came in the 80's, and then of course Levrone and both Colemans. It's hard to not like Ronnie as he is a true gymrat, even now as a gimp, lol.

Of course Arnold was the best, but I think Flex looked the best.

I always liked Berry DeMey. I’m not sure why but I always admired his physique. Bob Paris is another good one. Dorian Yates for just sheer mass & a granite foundation. I’m not a fan of all the prego looking bellies out there now.
