Once again, I am NOT promoting criminal activity. But you need to know your constitutional rights. Remember, the constitution doesn't matter unless you say it does.

I would never make it as a politician. A: as soon as you start running the other parties look at every aspect of your life and try to find something you said somewhere that was kind of in bad taste (and that wouldn't be hard to find in my case) and ruin you. I would be ousted immediately, despite the fact that I have 200 times more integrity than most people who are in political office.

I do however make my voice heard to those in office, and try to keep others up to date on the things going on and get people involved. I donate money when I can to Ron Paul and the Campaign for liberty (www.campaignforliberty.org if you have never been I would suggest it, it is a grassroots campaign made up people from several different parties to get us back to the republic that our forefathers saw for us as opposed to the "total government empires" that exist today.)

It would, but the Fundamentalist Christian neocons would flip out and show all the stuff that Slayer sings about and make you look like a Satanist or a Nazi (they have some pretty fucked up lyrics, but they aren't to be taken very seriously.)

The main thing that I tell people is that they DON'T have to give the police permission to search them or their property if they don't feel comfortable or if they feel that they are stopped for an illegitimate reason.

Negative bro. Former, as in was until 11 years ago now.

And actually, reasonable suspicion (a.k.a hunch) isn't enough to search a possible subject because the agency and the city that they represent would be in for a hell of a lawsuit if nothing is found. And even worst, if something is found but it was an illegal search (unwarranted, no promission, etc.), your lawyer will beat the crap out of the D.A. and police department in court and you'd get off easy.
