diet: same (pushing extra CL for diuretic effect, having cheated last night)
supps: same, except took out oranges
gear: prop, tren, clen, t3, gh (started putting gh in the low glutes/ham tie in), started keto 1mg
training: chest, abs, cardio
chest:
inc bb press: 135x15, 225x12, 315x8, 315x6
pec dec: 100x15, 120x15, 130x15
dec bb press: 225x8, 225x8 (never liked those, but tried them today, still don't)
xovers: 50x15 high, then 2 supersets high and low to fail (holy crap was I full and vascular today)
abs:
cable crunch: 4 sets x 20
reverse crunch on decline: 2 sets to fail superset with leg lifts on same bench to fail
cardio:
20min on stair mill at level 5, up to level 6 at the last few min.
20min on inc. treadmill 8% at 3.3mph

hack squat: 4 plates x 12, 6 plates x 12, 8 plates x 12, 10 plates x 10, 12 plates x 10 PR!
leg press: 16 plates x 12, 22 plates x 12, 28 plates x 12 matched old PR!
walking db lunges: 70's x 12 steps, 4 sets
hams:
lying leg curls: 170x13, 190x12, 200x8...stopped wanted 2 more and half way up the 10th rep I PULLED MY RIGHT HAMMY!!!!!!!! :damnit:
workout over, here I sit with ice strapped to my leg. :bawling:
