DC Calves
Overall I felt pretty good today. Strength is still going up while dieting so I am more than happy. Vascularity in my arms and some of my abs are starting to come through a little better. It's only been about 2-3 weeks on the diet thus far. Still have another 6 weeks to go then back to lean bulking
Max testing next week, so this will be interesting to see where my numbers are at.Comment

Its actually a step stool in the gym that i found cuz the bastard cleaning guy threw away my $50 box I made with carpeted top. :triggerha
But its easily 1-2" below parallel. None of that cheating with me, my legs are behind enough as it is. I got some max testing next week I want to see if I can get some vidz up but I am not promising anything due to me training by myself. We'll see.Comment

Pulled 90lbs (sled + weights) for 6 minutes today with one real short 10 second breather.
