When the DB's hit your shoulders, your elbows should be pointing toward the ceiling, then they are rocked back ever so slightly as to allow the DB's to touch the floor...then snapped to lockout.
It makes a big fuggin difference.

Flat Bench --- 315 x 1 x 1
Dumbell skulls --- 35 x 8 x
Low Incline Dumbells --- 90 x 8 x
Heavy Abs
~~~ I figured I had the 315 in me for the flat bench and maybe a lil more, but the 315 didn't go up as easy as I thought it would. Safe to say that is my current max, I thought I might have another 10-15 in me but I didn't even try b/c anymore than that and I would of been pinned for sure. Overall I guess I am happy. Still at the same max I was before I started cutting.Comment
