Not much but I am working on it At first I was 192lbs @ 18% BF. I am now sitting at 195lbs @ 13%.
Original Bench: 245 x 1
Original Squat: 295 x 1 (shaky and probably not even close to being a legit lift)
Original Dead: 365 x 3 (guesstimate as I haven't tested those in awhile but that was last I had in the log book
old totals --- 905ish lbs
then almost 7 months later down below......
New Bench: 315 x 1
New Squat: 335 x 1 (alot smooter and plenty deep)
New Dead: 405 x 1
new totals --- 1055lbsComment
