Help me with my schedule

I just need help with my daily schedule. Here's the deal.

UPS Job:
M-F: 3:30 am- 8:30 am

MGMT class
M,W 6-8pm

I also have an online course, but I can do that stuff whenever(I hope).

I want to hit the weights 3times a week and do cardio twice a week. Any ideas on how to get this organized? I never had a job that started at 3:30 am everyday of the week haha
 
so your a UPS truck packer now?

what do they pay there? I saw them hiring here.........well they do yr round because they can't keep workers...lol

and they were starting at a crappy $8.50/hour. But they have raises and they told me they pick their UPS drivers from the packers, so if you can stick it out, you can become a driver someday and make $25/hour

plus they told me they are the only company in USA who gives full benefits for part time workers :)

yeah I am going to be loading the trucks. They told me the job pays 9.50 an hr, and if i'd stay on over summer and became part time i'd get full benefits. However, I won't stay on past summer b/c of school. They said they have seasonal positions opened during christmas time to. There is a position where you just ride along with the driver of the trucks and drop of packages and make 12bux an hr

Hmmm, just throwing out an idea. How about doing your cardio Tues and Thursday- you can do it as soon as you get off and then go home and have a nap?

Weights on M, W and Friday- either do the same thing- when you get off, or go home and sleep and go when you get up.

Tell me what you think :)
Weights you can do
 
there will be a nap in there for sure. I've been thinking of having my lifting split like this

Monday: squat/DL
Wednesday: speed Bench
Sunday: Heavy Bench


I was going to try this out b/c i'm sick of being dead on my heavy bench days from the squats

The nap thing I am going to have to do:)

You have a 9.5hr break in there. What do you need help planning? Lol

umm stout I hope you aren't a math teacher:) 9-10-11-12-1-2-3:30 that's 7.5hrs:) Also you have to figure meal before sleep meal when I wake up. Drive both ways

Ok, I gotta get something straight..lol..I don't see how Stout got 9.5 hrs OR you got 7.5 hours!!

You go to work out 3:30 AM and get off at 5:30 AM- is that right? As in you go to work in the middle of the night and work for 5 hours. Just clear that up for me Matt. When do you plan on sleeping? I guess you are taking sleep hours into account?

I have no idea how stout got 9.5 hrs. I got 7.5hrs b/c I get out of class at 8pm and start work at 3:30am that is 7.5hrs. Then I work from 3:30am to 8:30am which is 5hrs of work.

Did that clear it up??
 
hahaha the UPS is gonna work your ass off bro........you WON"T need cardio if your a loader there believe me. I have had friends that worked for them and they said on days they worked they could not even make it to the gym they were so sore. They said the pace of loading boxes is so fast it just wears you out.

hmm aight no cardio then. G4E don't forget that I have roofed for 5years. If UPS gets my ass i'm going to grow a vagina:)

I have a feeling this comment is going to come back to bite me in the ass haha
 
yeah the pace is crazy. Worse thing is though that on break you don't feel like eating anything b/c ur so hot. Anyway i'm treating post work as a post workout with a dextrose/maltodextrin mix followed by a protein shake
