training and nutrition log

You spend enough time watching a man train, you start to notice a pattern. Most men treat discipline like it's a daily option. They wake up asking themselves, do they feel like putting in the work? If they feel motivated, is the timing is right? Is it convenient?

But disciplined men operate differently.

They don't negotiate with themselves every morning. Every debate drains energy. Every, maybe later, weakens the decision.

Disciplined men rely on something stronger than motivation.

They rely on standards. A standard isn't something that you live up to.

A standard is how you operate.

Training day arrives, you train. The alarm goes off, you get up.

Not because you feel like it, because that's the standard.

Once the standard is set, all the debating disappears.

Standards remove negotiations.
