Today was back and cardio day, and it was DAY 1 with my new coach—first official workout in the books, and damn, it was intense… but in the best kind of way. Coach isn’t playing around—he’s got me doing working setsfor pretty much everything. None of that fluff, none of that pump-chasing B.S.—we’re getting straight to the point. Everything had purpose. Everything had intensity. Finished the session absolutely wrecked in the best possible way.
Already feeling that deep muscle fatigue that you know is going to translate into real change. I can tell right now—this is gonna be the kind of structure and push that brings the physique up big time. The kind of improvements that make you double-take at your check-in photos
Also added fasted cardio in the mornings. For now, I’ll be heading to the gym for treadmill work until I get one at home. Twice a day gym sessions
