Hey everyone , I’m starting my training log to keep myself accountable on my progress . Working harder every day to improve as I go !

First workout completed after starting my official log ✅

This workout today reminded me how far I’ve come and how much more work I have ahead of me at the same time .
Today consisted of chest and arms one of my favorite days , ended with 25min of cardio. These logs encourage me to keep going and to work harder! Cut is going well loosing fat every week , at times the scale can be my worst enemy but as someone told me scale is only a tool but not the full story! Excited to keep this log going only the beginning 💪🏼

Today was back and shoulders ! Workout felt great . Pump and strength vascularity were through the roof on today’s workout. A added bonus gym was not packed today with a bunch of tik tokers so that’s always a plus lol still have much to do when it comes to back , once I get more lean I know my back will look better💯. Thinking about joining a new gym soon which have some awesome custom machines , owner of the gym makes the machines himself.

Today’s back workout 💪🏼:
3x sets of pulls ups.
4x sets of lat pull downs.
4x sets of Tbar rows (my favorite)
3x sets of face pulls (heavier weight than usual)
2x sets of Rack pulls (don’t usually do these but decided to give it a go at a heavier weight)


Shoulder workout🏋🏻:
4x sets of Dumbell lateral raises
4x sets of Reverse pec dec
3x sets of barbell shrugs
3x sets of face pulls

Cardio 🫀:
25 min Assault bike

If anyone has any recommendations of any workouts I should try or any feedback on my working sets feel free to let me know ! I’m all about feedback and improving as much as I can 🔥

Legs and Abs today 💪
Today consisted of hitting legs/abs hard. Legs have been one of my weak points but I am determined to make it the strongest. I’ve been trying lately to grow my legs as much as possible , going slow and heavy today. Good way to end the week and feel sore for the next few days lol. Took some cialis to get a good pump in and definitely felt it ✅

Legs:
3x sets of hack squats
3x sets of lunges
4x sets of leg extensions(started doing each leg individually)
4x sets of leg abductor
3x sets of leg curls

Abs:
3x sets of hanging leg raises
4x sets of machine crunches
4x sets of weighted decline sit ups
3x sets of ab wheel rollouts

Cardio :
Only did 20 min of treadmill my legs were dead ☠️
Treadmill : Speed 12.5 / Incline 3.5

Overall good session , felt locked in vibes were good nothing better than gym session therapy.

Starting off the week strong with Chest and Arms🔥nothing better than starting my week with my favorite muscle groups ! Today consisted of less weight but more reps , trying to target 75-80% of my max weight. heavy enough to grind, light enough to control. Pumps were clean, form tight, and progress steady . Always a good feeling seeing striations and veins pumping through the body. Trying to manage my training splits and trying out this new program my boy eazy sent over! Feeling like I’m going to enjoy this and see some progress 💯on today’s workouts I took some cialis as pre and I’m loving it. Only change to current cycle was upping my Clen dosage at 60mcg starting today.

Chest (High Reps):

4x set of Decline Press
4x sets of Cable Flyes
2x sets of landmine press (decided to try these out)

*Man today’s workout felt like I could just keep going! I had to stop myself🤣

Arms:

3x sets of EZ bar overhead extension
4x sets of cable push downs
3x sets of JM press

*Arms were on fire ! Felt pumped to the max and felt like my skin was about to rip 💪🏼

Today I started eating 5 meals a day , a bit tricky to manage with my schedule but was very much doable , hoping I can stay consistent and make this my new routine. Felt fuller through the day overall success ✅

 
Today’s session was all about back and shoulders, wrapped up with a bit of cardio to keep things tight. Back’s really starting to come alive , more width and density showing every week, and the strength just keeps climbing. Shoulders are rounding out nicely too, getting that full 3D look with every session. The upper body’s taking shape ,wide, thick, and powerful and the momentum feels unstoppable right now every day getting closer to the shredded look I’m striving for. Weight wise at 198lbs still , although scale might not be moving as much body is looking leaner💪🏼

Cardio was a light finisher stair master 20 minutes, just enough to burn off the excess and stay conditioned while keeping that muscle full and tight.

Rest day today, but still locked in ✅. Took the day off training to let my body reset and get ready to smash the rest of the week. Lower back’s been feeling a little tight, so I’m easing off a bit and hitting some stretching, light mobility work, and giving it a good massage to keep things moving.

Not just sitting around though still getting some movement in. Taking my 135-lb Cane Corso out for a walk, and honestly that’s its own workout lol That dude pulls like he’s training for World’s Strongest Dog, so my “light cardio” ends up being a whole conditioning session🤣

Back tomorrow, fueled up and ready to run it again.

Back in the trenches after that rest day and I’m dialed in like the week just restarted. Today is Leg day + Abs feeling fresh, locked, and low-key hyped because legs are seriously becoming my new favorite thing to train 💪🏼It’s wild how once the vascularity starts popping and the muscle starts carving out, you stop dreading leg day and start chasing it like a reward! Quads were firing, hamstrings felt tight in the best way, and abs got cooked as the finisher. Got new gym membership and this gym is motivating me even more ! Momentum is up, body is responding, and the rest of the week is about to feel this energy 🔥

Chest and arms today 💪 First day pinning the full USP setup and it honestly set the tone straight out the gate. Today was legs and abs, and it felt like a clean reset button. I kept things a bit lighter since my lower back was acting up, but the pump still hit and the whole session felt smooth because my headspace was on point. Mentally I’m dialed , tunnel vision focused and it honestly helps a ton that I’m having zero side effects. When nothing’s bugging you, it’s way easier to fully lock in and chase progress. Abs felt great too, and it’s wild finally seeing definition show up after never having them before. Ready to keep the week going strong! Today was more of a calm day for me able to rest and get this lower back feeling 100% again. Almost had a cheat day today but was able to stay strong and not give in to temptation 🤣 doesn’t help that my girl loves to bake lol also update looking to hire a coach here soon to help take things to another level 💯

Today was chest and arms and the whole session just clicked. Felt locked in from the warm up set all the way to the last pump like the cycle is finally kicking into full gear and everything’s syncing up. Strength is going crazy, pumps are getting nastier, and I’m finally seeing the changes I’ve been grinding for💯
Crazy how fast the body responds when you actually give it structure, time, and focus. Proud of the progress so far, and even more hyped for what’s coming next. This phase is starting to feel different in the best way!💪🏼 also went up on my dosages for my cycle , hoping to see more progress while staying focused and maintaining my macros in check!

Today’s back and shoulders session hit exactly how it needed to, everything rolling along right on schedule! My recovery is kicking in fast, so I can keep pushing heavier and harder without hesitation. The USP oil is still smooth as butter, zero pip, exactly what I expect from good gear. Mentally I’m locked and focused and feeling stupid confident lately the kind of confidence that makes every rep feel like a step deeper into the version of myself I’m building 💪🏼Recovery is snapping into place, strength is climbing, and the progress is honestly addicting. Legs and abs again today, and it felt really solid! My legs are definitely getting stronger, and even though I still want more size, the definition is starting to come in clean. The cut is moving along just how I planned, and my energy was surprisingly steady especially after a tough day at work. The gym honestly flips my whole mood around. USP oil pinned smooth again, no sides at all both mentally and physically and BP has been sitting right where it should🔥Abs felt tight and defined, and it’s pretty wild seeing them take shape after all this time. Man today was straight beast mode energy at the gym😤. Chest and arms day always hits different, but today? Vascularity was out of control , veins running through like I had a road map layered on my skin🔥. Today tried to throw me a curveball so the lift had to turn into an unexpected rest day, but that’s just part of the grind. One thing about me life can get in the way, but it’s not getting in the way of my goals ! I still got my cardio in, locked in, and made the most out of the downtime. Hit my whole body with the massage gun, then foam rolled until I felt everything back to 100%. Lowkey ended up being the perfect reset. Fully recovered, mindset sharp, and body feeling like it’s charging up for the rest of the week. Tomorrow we’re right back to crushing it and marching toward those goals like nothing ever happened🔥 I have to say lately my mental wellness has been its best it’s ever been . Confidence soaring everyday , reminds me of why it’s all worth it!

Today’s back and shoulder session definitely turned the whole day around. Pulled up feeling off, body dysmorphia was hitting hard, but once I got into the sets everything clicked. The pump came in clean , back felt wide, shoulders were rounding out beautifully, and the weight moved heavy but controlled like I was locked in on autopilot. Moments like that remind me just how far I’ve come and how far I’m about to go. Starting with my coach next month has me fired up, especially with the plan to hit the stage for the first time October/November next year. Hit chest and abs today and felt insanely strong everything was firing, weights were moving heavy, and the pump was solid 🔥I pushed the intensity on all my sets to really stress the muscle, and it paid off. Loving the definition that’s coming through, especially while deep in this cut. As I’ve mentioned before, legs have always been my weakest point lack of size and some self consciousness there but recently I’ve been feeling fired up about the progress, even in a deficit. Can’t wait to see what we build once the cut is done and it’s time to grow. The abs were crisp, everything felt smooth, and I was moving heavy with confidence. I’ve been injecting into my lats lately too super easy and painless. Sleep has been great , been getting my well needed rest every night. All in all, great day in the gym. Trust the process, stay consistent, and let’s start the week strong💪🏼

Started off the week strong with a killer chest and arms session💪🏼 veins were snaking across my upper body, and the pump was unreal. Chest felt full and dense, arms were freaky, and honestly, my upper body is looking the best it ever has. It’s wild how the leaner I get, the bigger I look! classic illusion, but it hits different when it’s happening to you. Caught a few looks from some girls mid-set too, which definitely didn’t hurt the confidence lol Daily pinning is smooth as ever, zero complaints. Gotta shout out USP the quality is shining through, no doubt✅Feels like this week’s about to be a big one. Let’s keep the momentum and get better every damn day! Back and shoulders today — heavy sets, high intent. Felt the pump lock in early, and the contraction was hitting dead on. One of those sessions where everything connects mind, muscle, load, breath. Getting those back veins slowly peeking through… creeping their way out💪🏼Shoulders felt full that nice 3D fullness coming in, especially on the laterals. Rear delts lit up. Overhead presses felt solid.

Since Thanksgiving I’ve been going extra with the sessions. Dialed in, pushing intensity but keeping control. I know I’ll be eating heavy soon, but honestly that’s part of the rhythm. We train hard, we eat well, we rest deep. That’s the game. We have to enjoy the little things because they build the big things.

Leg day + cardio in the books today. Didn’t have as much time as I wanted Thanksgiving errands got in the way but still managed to lock in and get a solid session. Legs felt strong, vascular, and dialed in. Went heavy with lower reps, chased that burn all the way to failure… and yeah, this one hurt in the best kind of way. One of those workouts where you leave the gym wrecked but proud.

And here’s the big news! Starting December 1st, I’ll be officially working with my new coach! It’s finally happening—getting locked in, eyes forward, and prepping for my first bodybuilding show. Wild to even type that out. Makes me reflect on the whole journey up to this point… how far I’ve come, how much I’ve changed not just physically but mentally.

Wrapped up the day with some cardio, partly for discipline, partly to earn tomorrow’s feast. Gotta enjoy the little things. This lifestyle teaches you that balance, grit, gratitude. Let’s keep building 💪🏼

Chest and cardio day today — went in heavy, went in hard, and man… it felt amazing! Woke up feeling fresh, locked in, and as soon as I stepped in the gym, I could tell everything was clicking. Movements were smooth, strength was there, energy was dialed. Yeah, it’s Thanksgiving… but that’s exactly why I had to go harder. I wasn’t gonna just deserve the feast I wanted to earn it. Smashed the session, then enjoyed some good food guilt-free, knowing full well that come Monday everything changes.

I’m officially locked in with my coach now. This is it road to my first bodybuilding show. 🔥

No distractions. No excuses. No fluff. Just pure focus. I want to see how far I can take this. Body’s on point, gear’s on point, lats got pinned today smooth as butter… it’s all aligning.

Solid session today. Hit back and shoulders with intensity, and back especially felt dialed in ! best it’s been in a while. Strength is climbing fast, and I took full advantage, moving heavy to maximize contraction and push past previous limits. Shoulders held up strong too, solid pressing and no pain or instability had them popping wide today Physique is really coming together full, tight, and dry and as vascular as ever.I could feel every gram of food and carbs from yesterday getting put to work today nothing went to waste! Hit arms and abs today with a cardio finisher! great pump, arms felt tight and massive throughout. Honestly, arms and shoulders are standing out right now as my strongest points, and it’s making the rest of the physique come together in a big way. Energy in the gym was dialed in ,motivation high, focus razor sharp. Mood has been on point lately,confidence through the roof and mentally locked in. I’m genuinely excited to start with my coach Monday and push things to that next level. I know the challenges ahead are going to demand everything, and that’s exactly what I want. Legs. Were. Annihilated today. Heavy sets, brutal volume , I chased that pump like there was no tomorrow ! and felt the vascularity kicking in mid session. Honestly, it’s been legs over everything lately. I’ve made it my top priority, and even while cutting, I’ve seen slow, steady growth — proof that focus + intensity beats excuses. Wrapped up with cardio to sharpen things up even more. On top of that, I just got my full game plan and macros from my coach — finally locked in and starting everything tomorrow. Workouts are mapped out, macros dialed, and I’m locked in to take this physique to another level. Time to push even harder and make the next phase the craziest transformation yet 🔥

Today was back and cardio day, and it was DAY 1 with my new coach—first official workout in the books, and damn, it was intense… but in the best kind of way. Coach isn’t playing around—he’s got me doing working setsfor pretty much everything. None of that fluff, none of that pump-chasing B.S.—we’re getting straight to the point. Everything had purpose. Everything had intensity. Finished the session absolutely wrecked in the best possible way.

Already feeling that deep muscle fatigue that you know is going to translate into real change. I can tell right now—this is gonna be the kind of structure and push that brings the physique up big time. The kind of improvements that make you double-take at your check-in photos✅

Also added fasted cardio in the mornings. For now, I’ll be heading to the gym for treadmill work until I get one at home. Twice a day gym sessions💯. We’re doing what needs to be done. Flat tire right as I was about to head to the gym today. Awesome timing, right? So I had to make today my day off instead of Thursday.

But here’s the deal — just because I didn’t touch a weight today doesn’t mean I didn’t get better. Got my fasted cardio in this morning. Locked in a solid 30 minutes, heart rate up, sweat pouring, and body starting to actually like getting after it early. Starting to feel like a savage with these two-a-days. Morning cardio, evening lift — there’s something about it that keeps me mentally dialed in.

It’s like I always say good things don’t come easy. This sh*t takes grit. Sacrifice. Consistency. You’re not always gonna have the perfect day, but you can always keep showing up however you can 💯Overall mindset in a good place, mentally feeling the best I have , BP in range , everything is going good , we keep going !
