just weighed myself and i am really happy with my weight loss...

i am abit disappointed about how much muscle mass i lost but i went into this cutting as a newb so i really cant complain..besides i will get it back...

i was thinking about stopping the diet when i reach 250 but i may try to go down to 240 we'll see what happens...

just incase u didnt know i was around 320 i let myself slide never again

my goal for next summer is to be a solid 245-250....

whats the plan as far as winter goes? clean bulk? or just keep things goin & b shredded 4 the summer?

It was more fun being a powerlifter i could eat pretty much what ever i wanted..lol

i have so much more respect for u bb guys now loseing bf and trying to hold on to muscle is hard.....

i still think i may be able to get my 500pound bench press by next june....

this winter i will be bulking somewhat clean nothing special....
 
why do you think you lost so much muscle? diet? whats it look like bro
 
well when i first went into my diet i wasnt eating enought protein...also i was useing t3 for a few weeks so that didnt help in the mass department....

my diet now is 1.5grams of protein perpound bodyweight and i have been cycling my carbs up and down....i stay away from soda and bread..also i upped my water intake to about a gallon and half a day....

im still cycleing clen 2 weeks on 2off
