Advice needed

Hello all,
It'd be appreciated if someone could give me meal ideas. I started my summer job today with minimal food. Due to the short notice I had to eat a sub from Subway. Anyways, which meals would be excellent to cook up that can be stored in a cooler for 3-8 hours?

Well it kinda depends on what you're trying to do cut bulk whatever. Also I don't know your metabolic sensitivities. Hell I can eat pizza and ice cream four times a week and have abs. Pecan pie is good too.

Chicken or beef mixed with rice is a staple that can be stored. I take liquid egg whites in cartons for shakes and use rice flour to ms and bcaa for their purpose plus flavoring to make a great meal replacement shake with real food instead of shitty ass whey.

I also cart the PB jar around with me often.
 
Peanut butter sandwiches are a great staple also. A lot of calories in a small meal.
But as Darkness stated what are your goals?
 
Hey fellas. Thanks for the feedback! I have 5 packets of tuna, 2 peanut butter sandwiches and 2 packs of pop tarts. In the morning I'll probably throw more food in my cooler. Such as: Greek yogurt and raw oats. Crazy lunch. Hahaaha
 
You don't need the pop tarts and PB. A lot of extra near worthless calories. Not at all good if you want to cut some excess fat. They make 15 and 30 gram individual protein puddings that are perfect for lunch.

It has healthy fats and a small amount of incomplete proteins, but a huge amount of calories. Jkits mentioned to me on several occasions he wants to drop bodyfat. PB and pop tarts don't seem the best foods to cut with.
 
I should get nice and shredded for the summer. Hell at the rate I've been procrastinating to lean out it'll be 2020. In all honesty I should start dropping weight.

when i dialed my diet in and stopped eating granola and stuff like that 4 breakfast i got lean so fast... i just prepped 4 small tupperware with my meals... you can carry them in a cooler and put them on your dash for abot ten min to heat up
 
I've been doing a form of the ketogenic diet to cut. I've been on it for a few months now and for me it does work. At this point though I've started back with carbs. I'm doing it slow so hopefully I don't blow up with fat and water. One thing I didn't do was lower my cals as I dropped fat. I will do that next time and see what happens. I managed to lose like 15lbs in just a couple months.
