Another BSD project(Pictures precontest)

These are pictures of a guy that I helped out and did his diet. He is about 1 week out in the photos. His first show is this weekend, the NPC San Francisco. I would like to get him to the USA stage in the near future as I did my other friend a few years ago and he went on to win the middleweight class in 2001.

He is a Pacific Islander and they are tribal tattoos not flames..:D
 
he has got a great base there - now with your invaluable knowledge who knows where he may end up LOL!!!!
 
this guys is very impressive whats he weighing and how much was he or did he have to get to b4 cutting to be that size?

I weighed about 205 before cutting down to 175. Now he is up to 221, his next show is in April.
 
Just curious, in regards to the segmentation in his abs, I noticed his is alternated while most others appear to be in line. Is this from the pose, or genetics? And do judges score differently if the ab segmentation is a little off?

i believe this is genetics....everyones abs look different...look and Ronnie's next to Jay's, they look completely different....

Yep, just took sixth in a stacked MW class at the USA's last month.

I am a not a MW, and I would look silly being a 6ft tall middleweight. And I don't quite have his genetics, my waist is wider, but that happens when you normally weigh around 260+. I haven't really trained in 7mos due to injury and I am still a fairly lean 240..:D So shut up with it.. :nono:
