well, if youve been watching my log, the only things ive been taking are:

ProLab BCAA Plus
Protein (TP)
1-A-Day Multi (taking 2 per day)
Omega Sports PowerJolt

to get some things in line and make sure my supp line-up is bulletproof, im making some changes:

Multi - Animal Pak
BCAA - Animal Nitro
Protein - TP
Creatine - Bulk CEE from TP (capped by me)

im wondering, is there anything else that you guys think would be extremely beneficial to bulking up?
 
I used the animal pak as my multi for a while... the only real difference I noticed was that my pee was glowing yellow and smelled like B vitamins, and my wallet was lighter. I would just stick with the standard multi-vitamin and save your cash.

Also with the CEE - you don't need to cap it, just put it on your tongue and wash it down with a glass of water... again, save yourself some cash ;)

I think you've got the basics covered. I might add in glucosamine/chondritin just as preventative maintenance for your joints, but otherwise in my opinion you've got it covered.

a)i have a way to get the animal pak at a price i feel would make it beneficial to me. (very cheap)
b)i have tried to take the bulk cee, i just cant handle it....so i spen like $10 for 1000 caps, and i cap it myself. no big
c)ill look into some joint protection...thank you

Drop the ANIMAL PAK and get the BEVERLY INT'L MULTI VITAMIN. Much better
 
mix it in water. Take it before your WO, during, and after. That's why it's easier to put it in a water bottle and just sip it throughout your workout. I put some in my PWO shake as well..
