Interesting some of those original Nautilus machines. That row machine looks to hit more rear delt than back. And that rotary machine wtf - looks like a thick oblique builder. I always loved the pullover machine. Boyer looks off the sauce here. I damn sure don't like the idea of jumping right into a max 10-12 rep set with no warm up. Perhaps they warmed up before filming I dunno.
