backpumps from squats

I got horrendous back pumps from my leg workout today, especially from squats, am I doing something wrong, or is this dbol just some real good shit?
 
Its probably the dbol bro. Alot of ppl love it but say the back pumps can be too much to deal with at times.
 
Your back is between your legs and your shoulders (where the bar rests during squats). It only makes sense your back would get pumped by doing a heavy squat workout.
Remember, the weakest muscle in the chain determines the overall strength of the chain. If your back is weak, compared to your legs, then work it more.
 
Anything over 25mg/day and I get those pumps so bad I can barely lift. Personally I spread the dose out.
 
I agree probly the dbol..though I am lucky and never got back pumps from it.
 
30mg, maybe I should be more strict about spacing out the dosage?? I took it all about an hour before my workout

Had the same thing. My brother had to help me walk out of the gym one day. Taking them after the back and leg workouts helped me.

like when you get a pump in your biceps or whatever muscle group you work. Well sometimes with dbol you get pumps in your back muscles that are painful
 
Yea man, spread out the dosage, 10mg morning noon and night. that should help a bit.
 
If your leaning too far forward during squats you are putting excess pressure on the erectors of the spine and causing the back pump. yes dbol can cause more of a pump but you can get this pump from the way youre squatting bro. try to lighten the weight up a little and push with the heels and keep your back straighter. smith machine squats will help to fix this problem
