Who here will have the occasional beer at the house on a Sunday afternoon? Sitting here watching the white sox and I'm gonna assume lose to Detroit (not a word lifts not a word ;) ) having a few miller lites just wasting the day away
 
I used to drink Miller. I stopped all alcohol consumption a while back cause I thought it was empty carbs. I read an article...probably in MD that drinking some beer builds muscle. Thats all I needed to hear so after an event this past thursday some nice person bought me two Miller's. Its better than eating silk worm cocoons.

Ha! I found the article. It was a Thread by Lifts a few weeks ago. It was called "Bad Habits That Are Good For You." I thought I was going crazy and could not remember where I read that.
Anyway, You are shredded.
 
If beer built muscle my drunk brother in law woul be mr Olympia
 
I do not make it a habit , However I will on a few weekends have a few Ice cold Corona's with a slice of lime occasionally ....especially when me and the Ol Lady go the Caribbean and sitting in the white sand with clear waters sippin cold beverages,,,ahhhh got me thinking now
 
I love an occasional beer. It has to be something dark. A good oatmeal or coffee stout is great.
 
a few Coronas here or there.. usually at family functions.. once in a blue moon here at home..
 
Not really into beer but vodka soda n lime is my go too. Abit nufty but it's Low carb and doesn't bloat u so u not burpin over the girl yu just takin home haha
 
I drink beer whenever I feel like it. Sometimes too much and often... then other times I have gone 8 years without at all. Right now, I need to cut back.
 
Don't invite me over to drink unless you own a liquor store!!! I quit drinking about a year and a half ago. I only drink coffee and water now...
 
I LOVE BEER! but i try to avoid it since it goes right to your gut ( shit i sound like a girl lol)
but nvm the light stuff! I like Guinness, new castle, moosehead, steamwhistle, creemore urbock, hoeguarden ect. ( mostly Canadian and EU beer)

SHIT now I want one...
 
You know all of you guys drink Fuzzy Navel Wine Coolers.....don't try to hide it!
