I guess not really but for over a year now I have been lifting lighter and more reps. Been walking around at about 235-240 and I feel great. Yesterday, we were training legs and I have only been going up to 315 for 15reps, but I went ahead and went up to 495 for 9 reps and it felt, oh so good. I think I got the itch again to really get serious again..
