I always eat pretty clean, but I've decided after checking my bf on monday, it was time to cut down a bit before continuing on my quest to greatness
I'll be doing a Timed carb diet. On training day's, I'll have carbs only in my two PWO meals. On none training day's, all meals will be pro/fat. I will have 1 carb up day throughout the week. In case you where wondering, I was between 14-16% bf. I'll have to lean up a bit, if I want to continue to bulk for the rest of the year..
