Well i haven't done it alot in the last couple of years. In college and highschool i did soo much running. In highschool i was a three sport a year athlete in college i played football so i was a little sick of it. This last week I started back up again. I have a pretty long set of stairs at our house Ive been running up and down them 100 times. At the end of that i go to the bottom of the stairs and do mountain climber 3 sets of 60. Its a great workout when i was younger i would wear a lead vest and do it but im not quite ready for that. I hit the bag for a good 10-15 to keep my hands sharp after. My question is how many times a week is good im trying to burn fat a work my endurance and lower blood pressure.. I feel a lot better already
