Been sticking pretty well to my diet for a while. Today I ended up cheating which led into outta control binge. Now i feel guilty lol

started with 2 pizza slice and an apple pie
Than went back for a payday
Than went back for 2 more slices of pizza
Than went to the strip club and had 2 rum and diet coke
Than came home and had 2 peanut butter and honey sandwiches

Fuck me. I am guessing thats like 2400 calories in about 8-9 hours.

Now i feel guilty as hell. Weight just now is 165 lbs. This morning it was 157 lbs.

Gosl is to not stup cutting till I hit low single digits. Dont matter how skinny. I hope I dont have to go below 140. MAybe 135 lbs max.

A physique like this would be awesome...

A lot of that is probably water weight though. Just forget about it and go back on your diet the only thing you can do.

And if you ever get the urge to do that again just call Darkness over and he'll kick you in the nuts.

Nah there is one more thing, I can do put a finger down my throat hahah. jk.

Side story,, When I was younger 18-19 I battled with anorexia and mild bulimia. At my lowest I weighed 105 lbs lol, and I thought I was still fat. The bodyfat machine would read error for my body fat.

And yes I am a male. Than one day I woke up and the switch just flipped in the opposite direction.

Yesterday I was surrounded by fucktards and impossible tasks. I planned to take an extra day off from the gym and go car shopping. When I got home it was pissing down on my head so i had a liter of vodka and cranberry juice, 3 bowls of Doritos and passed out for 10 hours. I woke up with a cold. My life is the reason I don't own a gun.

When I tried carb-depleting years ago a strange thing happened.
Every 3rd day of depleted carbs, I started craving cakes and stuff, things I never ate even when I ate anything I wanted.
It was strange, almost like my brain was tricking me into getting a quick sugar fix.
I studied this a bit, found out the brain is a large comsumer of carbs, hence, my theory that when my carb level got too low, my brain would trick me into eating a pice of cake or pie, which in turn would provide a quick-fix carb and/or sugar for my brain.
I tweaked my diet to compensate for these "transgressions" (eating cake),
I found with me, that if I ate a complex-carb meal about every 3 days,
(pasta, rice, bread (sub roll), or whole potato (no dressing) two things would happen: 1) I didn't have cravings for quick-fix carbs like cake anymore, and 2) I felt my body was slowly breaking dowqn the carbs from their long-chain, complex, form at a steady rate.
In a note, I could eat 2 platefulls of spaghetti 1 in 3 days and still retain my lean mass.
My theory about this was, and is, that caloric intake shouldn't simply be calculated per day, but over a longer period of time like a week.
Have a plate of spaghetti, then for the next two days eat very healthily and lean.

Maybe some of the more educated people here could shed some light on the scientific relevence of my findings. All I know is it worked for me and I got down to 4% bodyfat (tested in a submersible tank) at a bodyweight of 172 at 6'.

On another note, Glycomman has the right idea, referring to the fact that vodka has lesss calories than rum, you're on your own with the coke.

Nobody's perfect...the binge probably ends up helping. It strengthens your reserve to get back on the horse and your metab is temporarily fooled which can be in your favor.

This may be what happened with you. During a keto diet your brain changes and gets up to 75% of its fuel from ketones and the rest from glucose that can be produced from proteins and fat. Normally your brain is fueled from glucose only.

Pulse ozzy.
BAck on diet morning weight still 164. One thing good about cheating is I end up having a good shit the next day. back on grind.
Meal 1 oatmeal 40 grams and whey protein.

I sentence you to damnation!!!! jk.. We are all human... Everyone has a bad day or two or weeks....... the past is the past time to move on..

Bro I once was the same way and started my diet to hit single digit BF%. I went down to 142lbs and was insanely shredded. Trust me it's not a good look. A lot of people like the guy you posted a pic of, can stay lean without trying and still have muscle hardness but people like me and you can't do that. You can get lean but your metabolism will bring you back to where you were. When I went down to 142lbs, people in the gym started asking if I had cancer.lol

I like to have that one day a week where i eat some crap. i find its actually a good thing for the body as it can remember how to process that crap. even i go overboard. it happens. long as you dont do this....

dieted for 4 months for a fitness comp. dropped from 260-195lbs. looked solid. day after comp i started eating like a maniac. put on 55lbs in 3 weeks of eating crap. dont get me wrong. it was awesome and i dont regret it but getting back on the wagon and training hard and eating right is all you can do. dont look behind ya. just keep pushing on man!
