Been sticking pretty well to my diet for a while. Today I ended up cheating which led into outta control binge. Now i feel guilty lol
started with 2 pizza slice and an apple pie
Than went back for a payday
Than went back for 2 more slices of pizza
Than went to the strip club and had 2 rum and diet coke
Than came home and had 2 peanut butter and honey sandwiches
Fuck me. I am guessing thats like 2400 calories in about 8-9 hours.
Now i feel guilty as hell. Weight just now is 165 lbs. This morning it was 157 lbs.
Gosl is to not stup cutting till I hit low single digits. Dont matter how skinny. I hope I dont have to go below 140. MAybe 135 lbs max.
A physique like this would be awesome...
