I have to. There is no way your breaking records that don't exist...

awww, thank you. there was this one older guy saying "what are you doing that for?" i gave him my explanation and he said "oh, i don't need that. i have a good memory and i ll remember next week." and he gave me that *i am soo much better then you" look.
... i was going to show him my roundhouse kick... but... i kept my ass seated. :)

martial arts? what style? what do you keep in that journal?

Kajukenbo, is my parent art. but boxing, and grappling as well. I keep track of the workouts and what they entailed that day, techniques, bag work etc....

i have but i always seem to forget it...i need to get my act together...

sifu- i am impressed. i practice tkd and i might start a journal on that too. :)

There is World TKD federations, and the International TKD federation. I know she is talking about TKD that is why I asked which style of it she takes.

Germany has its own union and it is called DTU(deutsche taekwondo union-german taekwondo union). i don't know if there is any other country that has its own union. (damn those german people :) think they re special)
now here is the weird part... i have a 3rd degree black belt in the DTU but over here in the states.... :(... but all our sparring gear has to be WTF style, and the rules are the same. i was on the german team for 4 years... danm fucking politics in the sports :(

Kajukenbo has a very very low amount of politics, I have seen the political side of martial arts which is why I stick with that and grappling and keep the politics out of my school.
