the softgels are ephedrine........not ephedra

ephedrine is pharmaceutical grade ephedra. Basically it doesn't contain any of the impurities and as I've understood it most people like it better. It does generally have Guaifeneisin bonded with it which I'm not really sure what that does. Ephdrine can't be sold alone as it can be used to make other things. Honestly I don’t know why you'd want plain old ephedra, unless they were mixing it just with caffeine and even then I'm not sure the results would be different then you're own stack.

You can buy and sell ephedrine that has nothing mixed in with, i.e. guaifeneisin(which is an expectorant(sp?)).

With ephedra, you not only get ephedrine but 5 other ephedrine akaloids, i.e. nor-ephedrine, methyl-ephedrine, etc.
