down 17 lbs in 17 days

I was trying to trim down, but didn't really have a specific goal.
Changed my diet and have been swimming almost daily for 6 weeks.
I swam over four hours today alone.
The kids were on the diving board and thier friends, while I did laps, swam under water, and kept diving to the bottom and swimming under water in the deep swimming area.
I am an excellent swimmner and placed 5th and 7th in collegiate states when I was 26.
Started at 247 on July 20 and weighed 230 after getting home from the pool tonight.
Just a low-fat yogurt and a banana for dinner.
I'm sure that won't put much back on.
Abs are coming out nicely.
Deltiods are popping out like crazy.
I have a 52 chest and a 34 waist again, and tanned like crazy.
I guess in retrospect my life isn't so bad after all.
 
Don't care how much sauce someones runnin', if you lose that fast, you're losing alot of muscle too. Better adjust your diet dude.
 
Btw, do you like measure your chest & waist everyday bro?lol :p
