I also just had it like 3 months ago. Nothing like sitting on the toilet with diarhea and holding a bucket to hurl simultaneously. Dropped 6-7 lbs. in 2 days and felt weak as a mofo in the gym for 2 weeks. Get better soon bro.

That happened to me back in May. Going to the bathroom and throwing up at the same time is the worst feeling ever. Wish you a speedy recovery.
