Dropped 12lbs in 3 days

I was taken off my blood pressure meds for 3 weeks and during that time I was cutting hard and didn't drop a lb. stayed right at 252. Well the doctor put me back on it last wed and by Saturday I was 240, vascular and hard. I was a water buffalo and the hydrochlorothiazide 25mg is a hell of a diuretic.

I take it at 12.5mg a day due to kidney issues. I never experience the bloat everyone talks about.

It is a K sparing diuretic which lowers bp though it's effect on water retention.

Sounds great. Now Im curious about that.

Intake a herbal diuretic and my bp seems to be quite stable at around 135/75
