Darkness: as dry as I can be. Will update u guys in 2 weeks
Due to my injuries i couldnt gain too much lbs like I usually do during offseason, so my best defense weapon is to come in hard as a cement and make the big boys play hard on stage
I ll be happy bein top 5 for my first national show

Lookin' killa dude. But I'm sure you hear enuff of that and looking for some constructive criticism so I'll hit ya haha :p - regarding posing. In that front double bi, you aren't doing yourself justice. Your arms/elbows appear pulled back too far as if you are actually hitting a rear double-bi. That takes away from your lat width/length, you might wanna try bringing your arms/elbows slightly more forward. Also, appears your legs are locked as straight as they can get. If you put just a slight bend in the knee it should bring out even more cuts up high on the quad and allow more of a diamond taper going into the calves. Hey, you look great, so show it to your advantage bro! :igok:

man, i used to do my front biceps teh way u are sayng it but everyone told me no, i look better when they are locked back.
now as far as leg, if i bend em now i loose all my definition completely. my boy is the opposite.. does it the way u described. i have tried and has gotten worst. locking my knees show better. i dunno why

In the fdb you can see your mate's knee he has is slightly bent as was suggested. But I can see if you bend it you may lose definition like you mentioned. Everybody's different. I am in no means anything like you but I no if my legs aren't locked out I wouldn't have definition either!
