everything hurts

55 and Freeze and I are almost twins. Three knee surgeries with one TKR. My hips are starting to do funky things due to the imbalance of walking with knees out of whack. I won't go into all of the injuries.
All I can say is keep training and enjoy medium weights with either intensity or volume. It's up to you to discover what works best. Me, I need volume because heavy weights kill my knees. I seem to spend my days thinking of different ways to rahab. That's not a bad thing, because i plan on training until the day I die.
 
JUst had a shit load of arthritis scoped out of my right shoulder. It was so frozen up. Now doing the PT and slowly getting that ROM back. Sure I have other spots that suck but that was my main concern. Heck I could do a lat spread. I couldn't get my damn hand back there to do the pose. I can't be having that shit.
