Of course when that was written she was little more than a kid from the Chicago ghetto. How do you suppose many of the white rich pricks acted toward her. Probably close to the way they acted toward poor white kids.

How may deserving "RICH WHITE KIDS" were passed over for admission to Princeton so they could fill their diversity quota even though they were more qualified that this woman?

THe worst is when they start filling quotas for minorites in the police force and the fire department. The best should get the job ur protecting lives.
 
Race should have no factor in getting a job or getting into college. Attempting to "diversify" the workplace or a school by hiring/accepting someone based on fulfilling a "racial quota" is complete bullshit. If anyone gets discriminated against BECAUSE of their skin color in an interview, then they should sue the shit out of them. But the best man or woman for a job, period. Basing hiring on qualifications, not race or gender. If you want racially based preference in schools and in the workplace, don't stand there and tell me that we are all equal, because if Whites and Asians (Asians don't apply to affirmative action if my research serves me correct) are not hired because of their skin color, then they are being treated as second class citizens, and therefore, we are NOT equal.
