didn't someone on here have this? I think i have it. I have been taking antibodies for acne on my back but the dont seem to help.

who had this and what did you do to help it?

Dude, i had it bad some years back, just get on a strong antibiotic like ceflex (sp.) or some pak they give you (those antibiotic paks might be stronger) Those infected folicles hurt like a mother! i had them on the back of my legs near my ankle, i couldnt put a sneaker on and called off work for 5 days. there was white and green puss ozzing out of it for a week. I get a very mild case of it on my thighs now and then, they just turn red ans are really sensitive, i try to squeeze (drain) them as much as i can stand the pain! oh and try to pluck the hair folicle out of the skin so it can drain. oh yea i had to have that one on my ankle lanced and drained! not fun!

i get some on my back just from sweating in the gym laying on benches. When i hurt my shoulder and didnt go to the gym for a week it was completely gone. Shower right after the gym in the gym if you can and use the Oxy bodywash its got the salic acid or how ever you spell it in it. Wash your back good or use the oxy pads. If you are already goin to a dermo get Differin cream from him and use it everyday after a week or two you'll see a difference. Also sometimes antibiotics can make your skin worse so ask him about that too.

Sorry to hear about that
it's one reason I "always" clean the benches with disinfectant after use in the gym.
