Ha!!!! In West Palm Beach now , staying on floor 23rd so i gotta grill inside .. some top round and chicken marinated with my special secret recipe...at this point in my diet i trust no one with my food so i'll cook my own shit for the next 10 weeks..time to get nasty .EAT DEAD ANIMALS THEY'RE GOOD PROTEIN..fuck Vegans.:ke:
 
that? about 2 days but im cooking wayy more than that..im eating 2 steaks meals , 2 chicken meals of about 10 oz each daily along with 2 meals of 12 eggwhites plus one isolate shake with 2 tbs of organic ( gay) pb before bed..
 
i need some of that shit in my system right noww boyyyyyyyy...fuk i;m hungry

just meat and chicken alone, hun?
 
naw, i have carbs with 3 of my 7 meals..it's about timimg and portions whne it comes to carbs..i'll eat steak until 5 weeks out then switch to fish- chicken meals then chicken is out at 3 weeks out then is just eggwhites and fish and last week is just fish ..
 
my shit is fast ..i grill enough for chicken and steak for week then i slice them fuckers and put them in containers pr z bags measuring exactly 10 oz each , put them in the icebox.

Rice is done daily...so are eggwhites ( i cook 24 eggwhites before i go to bed..eat half and save the other half for breakfast so i dont have to cook them in the morning when im all sleepy and shit)
 
My head is back in it..ima a machine ,a robot..too prepared ,cant ,wont miss meals nor a workout ..failure is not even an option.
 
tip: I like my steak medium rare but cook it rare ( 5 minutes each side ) since ima be microwaving all through the week and dont want them too get too cooked.
 
good for you.. Do you have any other job besides being in shape for the ads you do

I do have a full time job..i actually work from Monday through Friday from 1 pm to 10 pm...i only cook once a week and it takes me around 1 to 1 1/2 hr to get it all done ..and additional 25 minutes to clean up..

eggwhites take me no more than 5 minute daily..and rice cooks in its own..pretty simple and easy.
 
do not marinate the meat wit lemon overnight that may lose the protein of the meat
 
ok..here is a hint..it includes soy sauce and Splenda ..and etc etc etc
 
you guys ever hear of chivettes marinade its very popular here in New York.. Tastes great a little watery though

Kick ass Oly.. That shit looks good. You should throw down the recipe tho.. I could use something new in the marinade dept..
