For those with sinus problems, use a Neti Pot!

I had my friend who has really bad sinus problems recommend one of these to me, and I have to say they kick ass. I have had a lot of sinus problems, especially around spring with the pollen. But these work better than regular saline.

What they are is a little pot, which kind of reminds you of a genie's lamp in an old cartoon, and you put the mix which is baking soda and salt in it with warm water and stir. Then you stand over the sink and pour in one nostril with your head tilted to the other side so that the solution rinses all the clogged up shit in your nose right out! If you have sinus problems I highly recommend these.

Reminds me of the tear gas shack at basic training at Ft. Sill. I went in with a cold and came out with snot from my nose to the ground (not kidding). No more congestion after that.
