Fruit is good for you. Don't eat a pound of them and go to bed or anything, but it is natural sugar not that processed crap. Grapes are especially good for your heart.
 
They are good and good for you but you have to be careful with fruits because eventhough they are healthy most are loaded with sugars. Eat any fruit in moderation black. You dont want to be going backwards.
 
I have yet to see ANYONE get fat from eating too many fruits and veggies.

i think these articles mainly focus on HFCS which is the main ingredient in sodas and shit... i think i am fine having a few grapes between meals to ease hunger pains

Drink large glasses of V8. Lots of fiber. If you are concerned with sodium, the low sodium kind is good too.
 
Fruits are good ..depends on what your goal is..your contest is in may of 2023..so youre safe.
