Just wondering if the kind you guys eat is pre-made?? or are you guys cooking it then slicing it up. If it is premade then what brand are you buying??

I know dumb question but I hate shopping and like to know exactly what I am looking for before I go

my grocery sells it ground up just like hamburger, no brand name, and it is raw

so how do u cook it g4e?? got any good cooking tips

taste real good if you season it, when I buy mine I divide it into 10 oz patties and wrap in saran wrap and throw in the freezer, when I need one I just grab it and throw in the pan

Yea i love it. I use it for
Spagettii -You can get whole wheat noodles
Turkey Tacos
Turkey Burger

Works real well.

i eat 99/1 ground turkey and i brown it just like goes4...and yes like frisco said, i think it is the BOMB in spaghetti.

man guys I have just been to three super markets and couldn't find any. I went to Shop N Save, Shnucks and this market fresh store. I dunno where else to look.

Also is fat free cheese alright to have in your diet b/c I bought some and it has 5grams of protein a slice and like 50calories. To me it looks like it'd be a good snack

Bro I eat real cheese and fat free, depending on what meal it is...

What state do you reside in that there is no lean ground turkey?! Man I get it at HEB, Krogers, Randalls, any food store...I'm sure you can find it man, keep looking harder!

haha I just went back to the store and found some it was like 2.50 for 16oz's

I just threw some oregano in with it and once it was brown I put some fat free cheese on it and bam had one of my suppers and it was great

another good recipe I do is brown up 1.5lbs of ground turkey, put in a can of tomato juice, add chili seasonings, and you got a big pot of low carb protein packed meal, you should be able to get 3 nice sized servings
