new to this site, former frequent poster on another site, with it's closure I was recommended MuscleCulture to get my fix. I see a lot of folks have also come over from the other site, but for those that don't know me...a big Hello!

I came from musclemx.com. I am their former assistant editor and one of the old mods in the women's forum...I quit those positions last spring, due to my work schedule. But I still like to hang around and get ideas from others even though I can't be as active as I once was.

haha...I was going to log into the site today and copy everyone's phone numbers in to my cell....but he already closed it down.
