What the heck is going on these days? Went to visit family this weekend and younger brother and old friend both had hip replacements; one 54 and the other 62. I learned in my Graduate class: Biology of Aging (1998) that hip neck fractures are one of the leading bio-mechanical injuries of the aged, but until this weekend, I didn't consider myself in that bracket (aged). Damn! That does it, after rehabbing my twisted up ankle I'm specifying squats and leg presses. Gotta get my thighs back, for looks would be desirable, but for longevity is becoming the necessity.

A friend of mine , had a hip replacement 2 yrs ago , 51 at the time and 4 weeks later he was doing squats ,,, the same weight he was doing yrs before the hip trouble ,, I personally think it was winstrol that did it to him,,, he never got off it for yrs ,, but he is always ripped , He was always ready todo a show. He really abused winstrol.

By the way my Mom had it done 5 yrs ago ,,, she never took anything LOL

Hips and knees. I never had heard about neck injuries. Bur back problems also come with age for most. I've got my share of wear and tear from abusing my body for so many years. I find it best to just keep on trucking until I can't any more.
