How bad of a diet is this??

Here is what i'm going to be eating today..

breakfast- 2scoops of protein in 3/4cup of oatmeal

Meal 2- a ham, turkey, fat free cheese sandwich

Meal 3- 1large salad(romaine lettuce, iceburg, red cabbage and carrots) 1glass of 2%milk 7hard boiled egg whites

Meal 4(pre workout)- 1glass of 2%milk- ham turkey fat free cheese sandwich

PWO- 80grams dextrose- 50gram of protein

meal 6: 7oz of tuna with olive oil

Meal 7: 50grams of whey 1tbl spoon of flax

meal 8: 7egg whites and 1tbl spoon of flax


So what does everyone think??

Meal 7: 50grams of whey 1tbl spoon of flax LOOKS GOOD, IF YOU NEED MROE CALS DONT BE AFRAID TO GO WITH 2TBLSPN

So what does everyone think??

Now I know you aren't after a BBer' type of diet, but I would personally try to change those sandwiches out and go with some complex carbs; oats in splenda and cinnamon, yams/sweet potatoes, or brown rice are all better options.
 
well my microwave is broke right now that is why you aren't seeing any chicken or ground turkey in there. I would also be eating sweeet potatos too if I had a microwave. Will be getting one end of september

Also I use wheat bread for my sandwiches.

Another thing is I would also be eating steak but one of my roomates decided he is moving out and he took the grill last week right after I just bought a shit load of meat. Hopefully will have a grill and microwave in a week or so.

O and the tuna is a 7oz packet of albacore
 
If you use bread try to use 8-12 grain breads. Much better on the glycemic index. :)

Right now I don't do any cardio but am going to start up 1day of GPP for a week then up it to two after a month or so.
 
your diet doesn't look too bad, I bet your metabolism is fast as hell isn't it. Cuz if I ate bread, milk like that I would be gaining FAT.....I would up the protein, swith the breads for oats or sweet potatoes, or rice
 
well if I do any sort of cardio walking anything I burn fat like nobodys business, but if I sit around like i am now I tend to pack on a few lbs
