How do I get my ass back?

Used to be able to hold a cup of coffee on it, now it's flat.
Knee injuries, don't squat because of shoulder (support) injuries.
Any tips (and no funny stuff!)
 
Run sprints. If you have to you can do them on grass. Make sure you use a proper stride. it works. The rest is up to nature.
 
Squats, stiff legged dead lifts and leg presses with a foot positioning high up. Also leg curls.
 
these are all great suggestions. I would add barbell goodmornings, which kinda isolate the glutes if you do em right.
 
Run up hills backwards. Also walking backwards on a treadmill on a high incline in addition to the other exercises mentioned.

agreed, to nature/genetics sometimes.. my GF says i have a "black ass" and my legs have always been fair size thank god (maybe from a bit of tub i had in grade school and a very heavy back pack for yrs lol)

but i never deadlift, (back messed up from car accident) and dont sprint much or work it much other then i guess sex (as in with my GF and being sore after, NOT anal for the smart ass's out there! :-/)
sometimes the muscle is just not as B as you want it to be no matter what you do.

but there are some VERY good tips here, and since you havent been dead lifting that alogn with some of these ideas, maybe you can add growth if you shock it.

Id rec just dead lift light, even with just some db's in hand (i know not optimal but your knees), extra sex if possible but I'm sure you are on that tip anyway lol and also try some of the tips here.

you'll probably have to go back to the pen where you were roomies with "big bubba" and ask him for your ass back brah,
but even then you've already been violated. :D
